AI Automation

Stop paying people to copy and paste.

We map where your team's hours actually go, then build automation that removes the work nobody should be doing — around the tools you already use.

From a founder we worked with

As a non-technical founder, I was explicit that I needed a partner who would think deeply about outcomes rather than just execute instructions — and that's exactly what they delivered. They understood the challenges instinctively, made decisions independently that were entirely consistent with what I was trying to achieve, and took enormous friction out of the process. The result exceeded expectations.

Andy Founder, Osinto — osinto.ai
  • 3 Products we own and run
  • 7,000+ Suppliers in the Osinto database we built
  • Glasgow Where the team actually sits
  • 1 working day Reply time on enquiries

Your team spends hours every week on work that should not exist.

If more than one of these is familiar, there is money on the table:

  • Copying the same information between two systems.
  • Maintaining a spreadsheet that three people update by hand.
  • Writing the same follow-up email for the twentieth time.
  • Rebuilding the same report every Monday morning.
  • Chasing status updates across four different tools.
  • Onboarding a client through a checklist someone keeps forgetting.

None of this is a staffing problem. It is a systems problem, and systems are cheaper to fix than headcount.

We build automation around your business, not a template.

Every workflow is designed for how you actually operate. No off-the-shelf platform to adopt, no processes to bend to fit someone else's software.

And we start with an audit, so the first thing you get is a number: how many hours this is costing you now, and which parts are genuinely worth automating.

What we automate

  • Lead qualification and routing
  • CRM data hygiene
  • Client onboarding
  • Quoting and proposals
  • Reporting and dashboards
  • Finance and invoicing workflows
  • Support triage
  • Document and PDF processing
  • Email and Slack workflows
  • Cross-tool data sync

What it costs

Starting from

£5,000

Typically 2–8 weeks

Always included

  • A workflow audit with hours costed against each step
  • Fixed price against a fixed scope before we build
  • Testing against your real historical data
  • Monitoring, alerting and human fallback on every workflow
  • Team training and written documentation
Get a fixed quote

The audit stands alone. If it shows the numbers do not justify building anything, you get the findings and we part ways — no pressure to proceed.

Right for you if

  • You have a repeatable process with real volume behind it
  • Your team is spending hours on manual data work
  • You would rather fix the system than add headcount
  • Budget is £5,000 or more

Not for you if

  • The workflow runs a handful of times a month
  • An off-the-shelf tool already solves it — we will say so
  • Nobody internally can describe how the process works
  • You want a chatbot bolted onto your website

How it runs

The audit comes first deliberately. You should see the numbers before committing to a build.

  1. Audit

We map how the work actually flows today and put hours against each step, so you can see exactly where the time goes before you spend anything on fixing it.

  2. Design

We pick the two or three workflows with the highest return and design the automation around your existing tools. No rip-and-replace.

  3. Build and test

Built, then run against real historical data before it touches anything live. You approve the output before it goes near a customer.

  4. Rollout and tuning

Staged rollout with your team trained on it, monitoring on every workflow, and ongoing tuning as the business changes.

Questions

What does automation cost, and what do I get back?

Most engagements are £5,000 to £15,000. A single high-volume workflow starts around £5,000; a connected set across sales and operations is typically £10,000 to £20,000. We quote fixed against a fixed scope after the audit. If the audit shows the numbers do not justify the work, we tell you and you walk away having only paid for the audit.

How much time does this actually save?

It depends entirely on volume, and anyone who quotes you a number before looking at your workflows is guessing. That is what the audit is for: we count the hours currently spent on each step, then tell you which ones are worth automating and which are not.

Is this just Zapier or Make with extra steps?

We use integration platforms where they are genuinely the right tool, and we will tell you when a £30/month subscription solves your problem so you do not need us. We get hired for the cases those tools cannot handle: conditional logic, data transformation, error recovery, and AI-driven decisions on unstructured input like emails, documents and PDFs.

Do I have to change the tools we already use?

Almost never. We build around your existing stack. If a tool genuinely cannot be automated we will say so and give you the options, including the cost of staying where you are.

What happens when it breaks?

Every workflow ships with monitoring and alerting, and failures fall back to a human queue rather than silently dropping. Silent failure is the real risk with automation, so we design for it from the start. Most clients keep us on a monthly retainer to handle changes.

Will this replace people on my team?

In our experience it removes the work people dislike rather than the people. The honest version: if a role is entirely copy-paste, automation will change that role. We would rather have that conversation before the build than after.
